At Ewings Driver Training we offer training to all those who would like to learn to, or further their abilities driving a car (category B), a car + trailer (category B+E) or C1 (7.5 Tonne) Category C (rigid truck) & category C+E (articulated lorry).

Do you want to drive a vechicle upto 7.5 tonne?
You will usually need this category on your licence if you wish to drive an ambulance as a paramedic, a home removals driver or some horse boxes.
The ability to drive a C1 category vehicle will depend on the driving licence yuo hold. These categories changed in 1997, all licences issued since then DO NOT include the categories required to drive certain vehicles.

At Ewings Driving Training we welcome all that would like to learn to drive a manual car. If you have some experience, feel the need to change instructors, want to improve skills you already have or are completely new to driving we will be happy to help you get on the road.
You will receive a high standard of 1 to 1 tuition given to you by the same instructor each session, so no need to worry about a new face and car showing up on your next lesson. You will also be given your own tailor made targets to keep an eye on your progress throughout your driving journey.
